To order a copy of your high school transcript from our District Registrar, please send the following information:
1. The name that you attended high school under.
2. Your birthdate.
3. The date of graduation or the year you last attended school.
4. School of attendance.
5. Your current phone number.
6. The address of where you would like the transcript sent or the name and fax number of where you would like the transcript faxed.

Due to the new laws regarding the California High School Exit Exam, I would like to request my Diploma.

Please be advised that your completion of high school will be verified before issuing a diploma. The diploma will have to be ordered and it could take up to eight (8) weeks. Should your address change within that time frame, please contact us immediately.
